The New York Law School has recently announced the newest 2 year law school program.  Joining Brooklyn Law School, the new 2 year law school program will allow law students to pursue a law school degree in years instead of three years.  The new New York Law School program will begin in January 2015.

To date, the ABA has not changed the graduation requirements for law school students.  Law students entering into the new 2 year law school program with the New York Law will still be required to complete the same course requirements.  However, the New York Law School stated that they would be offering $50,000 scholarships to new students accepted and entering the law school program.
